Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

We have an opportunity for a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team to manage a number of complex corporate and technology projects. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity which will enable MetService to deliver to our business strategy and goals. You will be someone who has a strong project management background and enjoys making things happen, a strong communicator with an optimistic outlook, who is able to hit the ground running to support us in delivering a number of key projects.

• Proven project management experience, with demonstrable experience working with PRINCE2, MSP, and agile processes and principles
• Demonstrable record of successful project management and delivery; ability set up, lead, resource, write business cases, and manage multiple projects of work on time
• Well-developed analytical skills with the ability to think laterally; detailed orientated
• Able to inspire confidence with internal management and team members; resilient and composed in pressured situations
• Like to take the initiative to find solutions such as ensuring and demonstrating benefits are realised on or ahead of time
• Advanced application of issue and risk management with a structured approach to planning, reporting, budgeting and operational handover; ensuring critical paths are managed towards achieving expected outcomes within agreed timeframes
