Interactive Key Account Manager

For over 150 years MetService has kept New Zealanders informed, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. There is a lot more to MetService than public weather forecasting. We’re an exciting, multi-million-dollar company with an excellent reputation for technical innovation around the world. We have one of the best “blue-chip” client lists of any company in New Zealand delivering a range of specialised IT based meteorological solutions both nationally and internationally.

We have a great opportunity for an Interactive Key Account Manager to primarily focus on our agency sales initiatives. This role is based in Auckland and will look after some of the biggest agencies in New Zealand, while contributing to promoting our website and its other interactive channels to agencies and clients across the country.

This is an excellent chance for you to build on your current achievements and make your mark in a competitive industry. You will have the autonomy to drive your own success while being supported by a close-knit and collaborative team.

Having agency selling experience is essential along with an aptitude for sales, an effective relationship building approach, and a commitment to be the best at what you do.

Importantly for us you’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team in a great working environment.

Why join us? MetService delivers services that really make a difference for our customers and we enjoy achieving, we appreciate creativity and we recognise everyone’s unique skills and qualities. This allows us to be passionate about what we do; and to deliver products and services that have positive outcomes for our commercial customers and the people of New Zealand.
