Stores & Supply Co-ordinator

MetService is seeking a well organised stores and supply co-ordinator to support its collaborative maintenance team based at Paraparaumu.
This is a key role providing admin support to our national maintenance base and running a small inventory store to support the team activities and our upper air observing operations. The role includes: Receiving, packaging and dispatching goods, liaison with customs, shipping, and freight forwarders
- General administrative duties, e.g. flight bookings, purchasing, invoicing, receipting
- Identifying and forecasting stock requirements
- Maintaining inventory levels
- Completing stock takes
This is the role for you if you’ve had previous administration experience, are a proven self-starter, love organising, and are known for your attention to detail. While not essential, experience with a stores role including purchasing and inventory management would be useful.
